In today’s episode, I’m interviewing Catherine Middlebrooks. Catherine is the founder of BrbYoga, an online yoga studio that specializes in helping moms recover their core after having a baby. A few years ago, Catherine was living in Nashville, TN, teaching yoga in person before she started realizing that she wanted to capture more of her time alongside her family.
So, as a yoga teacher, she intuitively launched an online yoga studio, only to realize how challenging it was to stand out in a crowded niche against the bigger online studios who were spending tens of thousands of dollars on production costs.
However, she was able to dive deeper into the niche of online yoga by solving a major problem that many moms face after having a baby — redeveloping their core so they can be active again.
